Comments about Lotus Oven Baked Grain Free Duck & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food:

This food is definitely on the more expensive side but for a dog on a grain-free diet with allergies, it's as good as it gets! My dog loves the food. There are no digesting issues. And, his breath isn't as bad as some fish-based foods. It's a great product and company.

Comments about Lotus Oven Baked Grain Free Duck & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food:

My 18mo AmStaff has allergies and loves duck, so it became our protein of choice. Lotus is very good-no digestion problems, no flatulence, it's grain-free and her coat is shiny and soft.
Yes, it is expensive but you get what you paid for; also one of the few foods to receive a 5 star rating from vets under "hypoallergenic foods". That in itself is a good reason to try it.

Comments about Lotus Oven Baked Grain Free Duck & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food:

My Pom has been on Orijen first then the last 2yrs on Avodrem (she's 3 yrs. old) & lately I found that she was pooping a lot & drinking water a lot. So I did my research online after I read the reviews here. I started out slowy incorporating the new food into her old food. Didn't help, she picked out only the Lotus dog food & wouldn't eat the rest of her old food. So by the 3rd day, I gave in & just fed her the Lotus. She's going out to poop only once a day (I feed her 1/2 cup a day)because she's a grazer, little in the morning, little in the afternoon & by 3pm she eats the rest. She's not drinking a lot of water, I think the other brand may have had too much salt. She's drinking like a "normal" dog. And I have had dogs & cats for 49 yrs. so I know what's "normal" for my pets! I am soooo HAPPY with this dog food, & I will continue to buy it provided they do not change the formula of this one!!!!

Comments about Lotus Oven Baked Grain Free Duck & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food:

I am limited to feeding my dogs a grain free diet because of food allergies. My dogs were tired of the LID food that I was feeding them. I was questioning the quality because I couldn't get them to eat it unless I "dressed it" with veggies. Finally, I decided to switch brands. Since switching to Lotus, all my dogs are happy & eat with no problems. They love Lotus "grain free" duck & sweet potato!!
