What is Gastrointestinal Disease?

The gastrointestinal tract includes the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and colon. Therefore, gastrointestinal disease is defined as any abnormality involving one or more of these structures.

What are the signs to look for?

The typical external signs we see in our pets may include vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, anorexia, and weight loss.
