    Product Details

Peace of mind comes in different ways! Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Moderate Calorie Dry Dog Food is for the nutritional management of lower urinary tract disease and weight gain. If the pet you love has or is at risk for either of these physical issues, this vet diet is the answer! Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Moderate Calorie Dry Dog Food takes on canine lower urinary tract disease due to calcium oxalate and struvite urolithiasis, in other words, kidney stones. It increases the urine volume, which simultaneously reduces the saturation of urine with calcium oxalate and struvite crystals. To address the predisposition to weight gain, Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Moderate Calorie Dry Dog Food includes less fat and fewer calories. Talk about getting two birds with one stone!

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Moderate Calorie Dry Dog Food:

My dog needs this food due to reoccurring UTIs that she was getting. She also very easily gains weight which is why I use the moderate calorie version. She has had zero UTIs and no weight gain while being on this food. She also loves the taste of it, she eats it up very quickly at every meal!

My dog has to eat this food due to recurring UTIs. She has been on this food for almost a year now and has zero UTIs since switching to this food. She also loves the taste of it! The moderate calorie formula definitely helps keep her weight stable since she very easily gains weight.

My boy Leroy is a 10 year old Parson Russell Rough Coat Terrier and he has had to have surgery to remove 27 bladder stones. After his surgery the Vet recommended the Royal Canin SO Urinary Diet to help control reduce or lessen the growth of any future bladder stones. Leroy eats this special Rx dry dog food twice a day and always lick's the bowl clean.

My Parson Russell Terrier has had to have bladder stones removed with a surgical procedure. After the surgery the Vet recommended that I use this special diet formulated to help minimize and lessen the development of any 'possible' future bladder stones. Although this dry dog food does cost more than conventional dry dog food I am hopeful that our pet will benefit by having a healthier life....and he really likes the food too....licking his dish clean every time!
