Inky my new 6 week old black short haired cat who I adopted loves this kitten food. I know my vet recommended the other brand beging with a "P for cats but I wanted something better for my little kid. I gave her the choice to pick what she wanted. She wont eat the other expensive brands (anyone want some free cans). Since I've had inky for 3 weeks now she has a lot more energy, she is more alert of her surrounds and she has a very shiny coat. My only complaint is I wish there was more than one choice for kitten soft food. Inky gets a new can every day. I also give her the Natural Choice brand kitten hard food as well.

I applaud the new flavors and variety of texture choices available, but am greatly disappointed that the 5.5 oz cans have been discontinued! In addition, (where I usually shop) the new 3oz cans are more expensive than the old 5.5 oz cans!! I will keep my fingers crossed that you will re-introduce the 5.5 oz cans at a reasonable price.

16 yr. old Diabetic Loves it!

By Momof8

Comments about Nutro Natural Choice Soft Loaf Chicken Senior Recipe Canned Cat Food:

I don't mind paying more for the small cans. My 16 yr. old diabetic cat eats 4 small meals a day, the smaller cans mean he gets cold food only 1 time a day when he has his 4:30 feeding. The other meals he gets a freshly opened can. He does great on the grain free and has actually gone from 19 lbs. to 14 lbs. in the last 2 yrs. My vet says he's doing great! Thank you Nutro for such a great product.

My senior cat was just diagnosed. I gradually replaced her dry food with this. She LOVES it! Affordable and available locally.

good for them all

Comments about Nutro Natural Choice Soft Loaf Chicken Senior Recipe Canned Cat Food:

Ignore the "kitten" label. This is good food for adult cats, too. It's high protein, with nothing in it cats don't need. My 13 yr old cat loves it, and he's very hard to please. And by the way, don't worry about a kitten eating too much. Kittens need to eat more than adult cats (except nursing queens).

Preferred by a diabetic senior cat

By Rosablanda

from Superior, WI

Comments about Nutro Natural Choice Soft Loaf Chicken Senior Recipe Canned Cat Food:

It has been a long and arduous search for soft food for my finicky diabetic senior cat. After turning his nose up at other very good quality brands including prescription brands, I tried two cans of this food and Jackson loves it! This is the first food I've found that didn't have grains, only has a short simple list of ingredients and not a ton of additives. Thank you.
