I am looking for a new clumping cat litter that does not get dust on everything in the house or have an overbearing perfumy odor, which is what we have been experiencing with the litter we've been using for years. It seems to have gotten much, much worse lately and I am concerned what affect this has on our cats and children. We have 5 cats in the house and one has asthma, so after reading many reviews, I decided to try the Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief Cat Litter. I kept our old litter in three of our five litter boxes, put the Dr. Elsey's in one and a different new to us brand in the other. The cats are using the Dr. Elsey's litter box more than any of the other boxes. I also ran my fingers through the bag of litter and did not get any noticeable dust on my fingers, or in the air when filling the litter box. And, I did not notice any overwhelming perfume smell coming from the litter. What a wonderful difference!! It is a little pricey, so I'm going to try a less expensive Dr. Elsey's litter next to see if it is just as good.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but this litter has become increasingly dusty over the last year or so. When I first bought it, it was the best thing ever - especially with two cats who have asthma. For the last many months, the dust literally billows when I pour it into their litter pans. So disappointing. I think it's time to switch.

I had been looking for sand with a lot less dust, I finally found it. This sand is the best compared to all the others. I think I tried all brands
and they are full of dust. I got so sick of dust being everywhere I finally tried Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Respiratory Relief, I've been using
it for several months and my cats love it, it's the greatest, no dust anywhere. It's a little costly but it's so worth it. Don't wait you'll be very
      happy with the results.
