Comments about Smarter Toys Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy:

We've been using the cube to give our dog part of her morning and evening meals. She loves playing with it and trying to get the treats, but we have had to superglue it shut twice in the 2-3 weeks we've had it. Maybe she just is rougher on it than most dogs, but it seems like it should not break so easily. the center also comes out without much effort on her part.

Comments about Smarter Toys Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy:

This toy keeps my puppies entertained for a while. The treats come out easier than I hoped, but it still keeps them busy. It's hard plastic so I prefer to use it outdoors due to the noise and potential denting on hardwood floors. If I only had 1 dog, it would be great to give him his entire meal this way to keep him busy.

Comments about Smarter Toys Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy:

I have used these for years with various dogs. One Cocker Spaniel loved it and would flip and toss it to successfully get treats out. Two Shiloh Shepherds weren't sure how to use it but sometimes got treats out. The next Cocker Spaniel couldn't figure out how to use it at all but knew to follow the Shepherd around and nabb the treats as they fell out. Now my new Shiloh Shepherd pup has learned to use it successfully. I love that they are tough enough to withstand all the doggie abuse but they are indeed loud and a little hard on some wood furniture when banged into it, so a hard rubber form might be better. They can't really be fully cleaned. It is still the best of all the interactive treat toys for keeping a dog's mind working.

Our dog loves this toy. We can set the clock by his readiness for it (4pm)daily and he goes until it's empty. If the other family dogs are visiting they just follow behind him and eat what he rolls out, so funny. Unfortunately, we are finding it harder to locate this item locally. Thank heavens for Pet Direct, it is the only place we can find them anymore. Please don't stop carrying them!

Comments about Smarter Toys Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy:

I have searched far and wide for a "toy" my lab/chow mix would find interesting enough to play with and could not destroy in an hour. He crushes cans with his teeth if we do not get them away from him in time, and he tends to be, for the lack of a better word, stupid. But he has a heart of gold. He destroyed any Kong toy we gave him, but once he understood the cube's concept - AND he cannot wrap his jaws around the strong cube, he is kept happy for at least an hour and is not eating himself into obesity.
