What is your Return Policy? 

Your Complete Satisfaction Is Our #1 Priority!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return the product to us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund.

If we shipped you the wrong product, we will pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

All we ask is that the product you are returning is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and it is in the original box and packaging.                                                                 
Federal Regulations do not allow us to accept returns of Prescription Medications, Raw, Refrigerated or Frozen Foods.          

*Please note that due to Federal regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medication, raw, refrigerated or frozen products.


To make a return, take the following steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team by calling us toll free at 1-877-738-3663, Monday-Friday 8:00am-10:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm ET
2. We will issue give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (also known as an RMA).
3. Write the RMA Number clearly on the outside of the return carton.
4. Place the packing slip you received inside the shipping carton you are returning
5. Ship the box back to us to the following address:

Once we have received the returned package, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
