What is an Affiliate Program?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our web site on your web site. We pay you a bounty for each user that travels to PetFoodDirect.com through one of these links and performs the subsequent action of making a qualified purchase.
Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join! Affiliateing with PetFoodDirect.com is FREE, and you'll make money with very little effort. Plus, as our Affiliate you will be providing your users with access to a tremendous selection of quality pet products at great prices!
Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate of PetFoodDirect.com?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
Does my site qualify for the Affiliate program?
All sites are welcome, with exception to sites which are involved in or promote illegal activity or content. There are no web site traffic minimums, so whether your site is new or established, you're encouraged to apply. We personally review all applications and notify Affiliates within 24 business hours of their acceptance.
Can I join if my site is not based in the United States?
Yes, but all commissions will be paid in U.S. dollars only.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you must complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.
What are the ways an Affiliate can earn commissions in your program?
An Affiliate can earn commissions through our cost per action campaign. The PetFoodDirect.com program pays 8% commission on all qualified product sales that are referred to us via your web site.
How often do Affiliates get paid?
You must accumulate over $50 in aggregate commissions to receive payment. Otherwise, commissions carry over to the next month, and will be paid during the next cycle.
Google will pay you within 30 days after the close of the month in which we receive payment from advertisers.
Google makes payments twice a month (in the middle and end of the month).
Does PetFoodDirect.com provide marketing banners for my site?
Yes, once you have joined our program, you will have access to a library of quality banners to select from, in a range of styles to suit a wide range of web site designs. We also supply everything needed to add those banners to your web pages.
Does the PetFoodDirect.com program offer reporting tools for Affiliates?
Yes, through Google Affiliate Network, you can access a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of impressions, total revenue generated and much more!
How frequently are my statistics updated in your reporting tool?
Daily
How will you know that clicks came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying click is made.
What is PetFoodDirect Paid Search Policy?
Publisher agrees not to bid on the PetFoodDirect brand name (or any common misspelling or confusingly similar name) on any pay-for-placement search engine, including, but not limited to, Yahoo, Google, Miva, MSN, AltaVista, LookSmart, Ask and Kanoodle.
Publisher agrees not to use the PetFoodDirect brand name in the display URL on Google, Yahoo, or MSN, AltaVista, LookSmart, Ask and Kanoodle.
Publishers may not mask their URL with the PetFoodDirect brand.
The PetFoodDirect coupon policy is as follows:
Affiliate also agrees not to utilize, advertise or otherwise promote any PetFoodDirect brands'promotional code or coupon not made available to the Affiliate through ConnectCommerce or DoubleClick Performics without first obtaining written permission from the DoubleClick Performics program management team and/or PetFoodDirect.com.
Use of false or misleading advertising related to the business or promotions is prohibited.
Violation in any terms listed herein may result in loss of commissions and/or immediate termination from the program.
