- Their prices are very competititive, some less expensive than the big pet stores ... and with their frequent sales, one can often buy at the same net cost as buying locally (i.e. PetFoodDirect sales more than cover the shipping charges)
- There are many items that are always offered at totally free shipping
- Bichon Rescue has done business with PetFoodDirect.com for many years and has been ultra pleased with the quality and fast delivery. We received one roll of Natural Balance that had a hole in it and was decaying inside, but within 3 days we had a replacement roll with zero hassle. It was exemplary handling. That's the only shipment we've ever received with any problem items. Everything else has been perfect.
