We are a group of pet loving individuals that simply enjoy making our customers and thus their pets happy. We believe strongly in a building a great team with a great culture all built to satisfying the customer. We don’t have employees, we have Team Members. We don’t have bosses, we have Team Leaders. We require that everyone does what is necessary to make things right. Each individual is highly encouraged and empowered to make decisions, do what is needed, try new things, and succeed in making a difference each and every day. Our team is made up of all types of pet owners. We have several team members who compete with their pets in agility competitions and others who just simply enjoy the warmth of a good cuddle on the couch.

Brock Weatherup Chief Executive Officer
A born leader of the pack, Brock is a business leader/CEO/entrepreneur with broad experience in online commerce, enterprise value creation, organizational leadership, direct marketing, brand building and product development. His experiences have been focused on growth-oriented endeavors in the online consumer space. Prior to leading the Pet360 Pack, Brock was CEO of Fathead LLC (www.Fathead.com), where he built an industry-changing consumer product marketing and e-commerce organization. Brock has also held numerous leadership positions focused on website commerce and marketing at IAC, working on such brands as TicketMaster.com, ReserveAmerica.com, Match.com, and Citysearch.com. Additionally, Brock serves on the Board of Directors for the Adirondack Chapter of the Nature Conservancy ensuring many future years of long hikes in the woods with his English Retriever Boulder and his wife and two daughters.
EVP, Finance and Chief Operating Officer
Joe has over 20 years of experience working with technology-oriented, private equity-backed, growth companies. Prior to joining Pet360, Joe was the Co-founder and Managing General Partner of the $80 million early-stage, technology-focused NJTC Venture Fund. Prior to NJTC Ventures, Joe was a partner with Arthur Andersen in their Philadelphia growth company practice. Joe has held numerous Board of Director positions over the last decade and has worked closely with NJTC Venture Fund executive teams on strategic finance, reporting and operational initiatives. Joe is a CPA, graduate of Temple University and is married with two children.
EVP and Chief Marketing Officer
Rose has over two decades of experience in building direct-to-consumer, multi-channel businesses with expertise in e-commerce strategy, direct response marketing, brand building, and consumer analytics/insights. Rose previously served as the Vice President of E-commerce for Ann Taylor and LOFT, where she oversaw online marketing strategy and analytics to drive multi-channel customer acquisition, engagement and conversion. Prior to joining Ann Taylor Stores, Rose led online marketing, merchandising, and loyalty programs for a variety of leading retailers and financial services organizations including Chico’s FAS, Best Buy, Wilsons Leather and US Bank. In 2013, Rose received The CMO Club's Rising Star Award and was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women in the Pet Industry Network. She sits on the Board of the Pennsylvania SPCA and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business. Rose and her husband are the proud parents of one daughter and their adopted Maltipoo Princess.
Chief Technology Officer
Ralph Kasuba has more than 20 years of experience developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies for Fortune 500 and start-up technology organizations. Ralph previously served as Chief Technology Officer at ChannelIQ where he helped guide the company's corporate growth via product management, product development, software quality assurance, production engineering, MIS and facilities management, resulting in the successful sale of the company Vocus, Inc. in February 2012. Prior to joining iContact, Ralph was the Vice President of Engineering for ChannelAdvisor where he helped scale the company's products and technology teams, including their international expansion into the EMEA and AsiaPac regions. Earlier in his career, Ralph served as Vice President of Operations at CBS MarketWatch, which became a subsidiary of Dow Jones & Company in the third largest Internet acquisition of 2004. Ralph also served as VP of Operations for Pinnacor, which he helped sell to CBS MarketWatch the previous year. Ralph has also help executive and management level positions at Broadcom Corporation, Rockwell International, and Charles Industries. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. Ralph and his wife are proud pet parents of Yogi (a Pekingese) and Boo Boo (a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix).
Chief Revenue Officer
Andrew Zucker joined Pet360 from Publishers Clearing House Online where he served as Chief Revenue Officer for three and a half years, packaging and selling more than 350 million ad impressions per month. He previously served as Managing Partner at Admit One and Chief Sales Officer at Kanoodle/Pulse 360, where he created media solutions across top tier web properties such as MSN.com, Weather.com, MSNBC.com and USAToday.com. Andrew began his career in advertising at The New York Observer and left after six years to lead the sales team at internet startup CitySearch.com. After the merger with Ticketmaster, he assumed the role of VP of Sales for all IAC/InterActive Corp (NASDQ:IAC) media and e-commerce companies and was responsible for leading online brands such as Match.com, Evite, HSN, and Expedia.
SVP, Operations and Replenishment
Phil has over three decades of experience as a senior executive with major companies in the US, Canada and China. As CMO for Lotus Supercenters in Shanghai, he helped meld western management techniques with eastern culture to help turn around a rapidly growing supercenter chain. As Senior Vice President, Merchandising for PetSmart, he rationalized the company's private label and own brand strategy, led the development of own brands including Dentley's and Toy Shoppe, and challenged suppliers to redesign products to decrease freight costs of bulk products such as crates, dog homes and cat furniture. Phil also led the establishment of training programs for pet groomers and trainers. He has a strong history of developing processes that improve business efficiency and deliver products faster to consumers. Phil's passion for building world class own brand products dates back to his training under David Nichol and Donald Watt, creators of Loblaw's President's Choice, Ziggy's and Exceptional Valu. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University and a Masters in Food Industry Management from Cornell University. Phil and his wife are proud pet parents of Pepper, a Portuguese Water Dog.
Patrick Joyce SVP, Digital Product Development
Patrick Joyce is Senior Vice President of Digital Product Development at Pet360. He joined Pet360 from LivingSocial where he served as Director and General Manager of Mobile, and previously as Director of Engineering for Consumer Products. He was hired as LivingSocial's fifth engineer in 2009 and built the first version of LivingSocial Deals in just two weeks. Over the next four years, Patrick was directly involved in the design and development of every aspect of the platform, including payment systems, internal tools, consumer products, and mobile applications. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Computer Science.
Matthew Murray VP, Finance
Matt is the Vice President of Finance at Pet360. Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, Matt has over 25 years of experience in direct-to-consumer industry. Prior to joining Pet360, Matt served in a variety of financial leadership roles with the Lenox Group in their catalog, internet and retail channels. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Villanova University.

Debi Fine most recently served as CEO of Direct Brands, Inc., the largest member-based retailer for media products in the U.S. Prior to joining Direct Brands, she was an executive at NBC Universal Digital Media as President, iVillage Properties, where she led the world's first and largest online community for women. Debi previously served as CEO of Victoria's Secret PINK where she evolved the company into a diverse lifestyle brand achieving nearly $1B in incremental sales and set the stage for the development of new beauty and accessory categories. She was the Founder and President of Avon Future from 2001 to 2005, where she created and launched the Mark business, Avon's first multi-channel global cosmetic and accessory brand. Earlier in her career, Debi spent 23 years in the media business, holding several executive positions with Conde Nast Publications, The New York Times Company and News Corporation. Debi is a Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a passionate, $1 million fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism Leadership Council, as well as, the International Women's Forum.
CEO and Founder, ShopRunner
Michael is the CEO and Founder of ShopRunner. He sits on the Board of Directors for Pet360 and Swirl Networks. He previously acted as Chairman of Complex Media (ComplexMediaNetwork.com) from 2007 to 2011. Michael also led Home Decor Products as President and CEO from 2002 to 2007. Before joining Home Decor Products, Michael was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GSI Commerce. Prior to GSI, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Managing Director of the New York Office of Organic Online, Inc. (now a part of Omnicom) and was the Founder and President of Organic Media, Inc. He also co-founded Iguana Studios Inc. and was Chairman until the eventual sale of the company to Change Technology Partners. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law.
Mark S. Hansen
Managing Partner, Cobalt Development Partners LLC
Mark is the Managing Partner of Cobalt Development Partners LLC, a firm focused on the development of emerging consumer and intellectual property companies. Mark brings thirty plus years of executive management experience serving consumers in the retail, foodservice and consumer packaged goods sectors. He previously served as the President and CEO of SAM's Club, which generated $23 billion in revenue with 75,000 employees and the President and CEO of PetSmart, the country's largest retailer of pet supplies and services. Mark has a wide range of experience marketing through food, drug, limited assortment, foodservice and catalog formats. In addition, he has significant experience in the service sector including pharmacy, optical, veterinary hospital and small business service centers. Mark's previous and present Board of Director positions include Applebee's Restaurants, Amazon.com, Swander Pace Capital and Arizona State University Business School Dean's Counsel. Mark is also a past member of the Young Presidents Organization.

David Reuter is a partner of LLR Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity investment firm with $1.4 billion under management. David specializes in information technology and e-commerce businesses, and has served as an investor and advisor for many successful growth companies. Prior to LLR Partners, David worked at Arthur Andersen, in the audit and strategy consultant divisions. David has a rescued Pit-Bull named Sara.
Principal, Updata Partners
Jon Seeber is a Principal at Updata Partners, a growth equity fund investing in market-leading software, internet and digital media companies. Before joining Updata Partners, Jon was a member of the Corporate Development team at IBM and served as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force. Jon is also on the Board of Directors at Alert Logic, and is actively involved with Coaxis, Inc., Foresee Results and Bradford Networks. Jon received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and History from Duke University. Jon's family has a tank full of fish and a guard cat named Penelope (her friends call her Penny).
