Comments about Dogswell Happy Hips Chicken & Oats Recipe Dry Dog Food:

This food is great. My german shepard was diagnosed with advanced hip dysplasia when she was 1 1/2 years old. The vet wanted to put her on pain meds and joint meds but it was hard to get her to swallow the pills and they irritated her stomach. I started her on this Happy Hips chicken and oats mixed with a little wet food and she is doing great, she is 5 years old now and shows very little signs that she has any hip dysplasia at all. She is a very picky eater, but doesn't have a problem with this food. My daughter has a 6 year old Bishon Frises/Poodle mix and when she comes over she can't get enough of this food. It is a little pricy, but if you take into account the price of meds with a cheaper dog food, there is no comparison.
