We were looking for a grain free diet as we feed two diabetics and also have two seizure dogs. Lots of research was done before we found this. It is very hard to find, Petco carried it for awhile but stopped. I have written Dogswell for a solution. Worth the money to hunt..our 13 Pugs eat nothing but

This product is the only one I could find for my allergic dog. He's allergic to Flax, grains and Brewer's yeast, difficult to find a good food without these ingredients. Tried raw diet, also home cooked diet, he isn't a fan of either. I don;t like that the stools are so large for a Mastiff, it tells me he is not absorbing all of the nutrients he should be getting, but again it's all we can find for his issues. I do add supplements to make sure he's getting the nutrtition he needs for a growing pup. I would reccomend to a friednd only if they had similar allergy problems in their dog.

Comments about Dogswell Nutrisca Chicken and Chickpea Recipe Dry Dog Food:

I would give this food 5 stars, but it always arrives with a whole in the bag. It scares me to feed my dogs something that has been exposed. I worry that their may be bugs, rodents, and/or the food may be stale or rancid. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or if it happens in transit, but the other brand I ordered arrived unharmed.

    Great food for sensitive tummies

    By J-Lynn

    from Seattle, WA

Comments about Dogswell Nutrisca Chicken and Chickpea Recipe Dry Dog Food:

I've been buying this food for a few years now and it is such a great product. I've got 2 70lbs dogs that eat a lot of food so it can be really expensive. One of my dogs is a husky mix and has a very sensitive stomach to any grains. Since she was a puppy we've been trying to find the right food and for a while we were paying $80 a bag, which added up real quickly. Nutrisca is a great food that is also a very reasonable price. My dogs love it and I recommend Nutrisca to everyone! I work for a large online dog sitting company and I am always telling our customers about Nutrisca!
