Our two Maine Coon cats believe that these are the supreme treat. They beg by showing up in the kitchen whenever we are there, by meowing, and by trying to pull down our pants until we notice them.

My suggestion is to never be without them cuz the cat's can get a little obsessed.

We use them only as treats - We live in the desert and are aware of hydration needs.

I found large chunks of turkey bone in the food. The bone was sharp-edged and, if swallowed, could have caused choking or lacerations. This food is not designed for cats. It is obvious that Stella and Chewy's has done little research on cat nutrition, and has, instead simply followed the 'logic' that you can feed cats the same thing as dogs.

Comments about Stella & Chewy's Chick, Chick Chicken Freeze Dried Dinner for Cats:

Our cat Buckles was diagnosed with IBD 9 years ago. He saw several different vets who all prescribed him different cat foods made for cats with IBD, but none of them helped. Eventually the vets put him on a high dose of a steroid to control him for the rest of his life, but that only worked about 70% of the time. But several months later, Buckles developed an adverse reaction to the steroids, and the doctor wanted us to take him off of them, and try a combination of 3 other medications as well as weekly B12 injections. That's when we tried to look into raw diets for one last time. We had tried them in the past, but Buckles wouldn't touch them. We accidentally stumbled upon Stella & Chewy's. He loved it! We started him on the completely raw, and he's also had the freeze dried (both are great). On the first day he was completely transitioned to Stella & Chewy's, he was solved. He has had zero symptoms ever since. It has completely cured his IBD without any medication. No chronic diarrhea, no nausea, no bloating. He loves the food, and it's saved his life! We cannot thank Stella & Chewy's enough.

My picky kitty liked samples of another freeze dried brand so I thought this would be good too. No such luck, she says no. Luckily my new baby has already been eating this and likes it so he will have it here with me.
