Comments about Blue Buffalo Freedom Grain Free Indoor Cat Chicken Recipe Canned Food:

This food is one of the only types my very picky eater will eat. Our other cat likes it also. Both of them have been very healthy on it and seem to have great energy, even the older one.

Comments about Blue Buffalo Freedom Grain Free Indoor Cat Chicken Recipe Canned Food:

My 10 year old cat Babette became severely diabetic. It took me 3 months to stabilize her on insulin. Then, by utilizing a grain free diet, I was able to eliminate her insulin injections for over a year. Naturally, I test her blood glucose daily. Eventually her diabetes became worse and she required insulin again, but her grain free diet provided a great basis for her underlying health. This is her favorite canned food, and I let her eat as much of it as she wants, twice daily. She looks beautiful, shiny, playful, and muscular, and you never would know she is diabetic. More people should be introduced to grain free foods for cats. Absolutely would recommend.

I liked what I read about this, but, unfortunately, the only one that matters is my cat, who doesn't like it.

Comments about Blue Buffalo Freedom Grain Free Indoor Cat Chicken Recipe Canned Food:

Been feeding this product to my cat for three weeks. Before then, she had been throwing up every couple of days in the two years I've had her (she's four). My doctor felt it was her long hair, but her daily brushing routine and hairball treatments made me feel otherwise). She has stopped throwing up since I switched from Fancy Feast to Freedom Indoor Chicken Recipe. The only time she throws up now is when I give her Instinct dry food. Wish vets (and doctors for that matter) knew more about nutrition. She eats three-quarters of a 5.5 ounce can a day. Not sure if that's enough, though, but she is an overweight cat (Thanks, Fancy Feast!). LOVE this food. Would still like to know if variety would be better for her or just stick to what works. Also, am trying to figure out correct daily amount.
