Comments about Canine Caviar Holistic Chicken & Pearl Millet ALS Dinner Dry Dog Food:

I have used this product with my labrador puppy since she was 40 days old and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. She is the calmest and most well behaved puppy out of her entire litter. She loves her food and because of the small size she must eat more slowly (which I think helps her digestion too). I even use it for training treats. I highly recommend this food.
I wish I could afford to feed all 5 of my dogs this food!

Comments about Canine Caviar Holistic Chicken & Pearl Millet ALS Dinner Dry Dog Food:

We are pet parents to three dogs; a 7 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, 6 year old Cocker Spaniel and a recently adopted 8 year old Shephard/Husky mix. We have transitioned all three dogs to the new diet with favorable results, with two of them having eaten it for over a year now.

The Ridgeback has a history of UTI and high crystals/PH in urine. After many years of an expensive prescription diet our vet recommended we try Canine Caviar. After one year of using Brandy has not had a recurrence of UTI, is otherwise in good health and has had excellent urinalyis results. The Cocker tends to have ear infections and was on a Royal Canin Cocker breed specific blend diet but after one year of Canine Caviar has been infection free. However, I will say the Cocker did have better behavior (less barking, less inappropriate elimination) on the Cocker specific blend of Royal Canin, so we may switch her alone back to the other diet. Our 8 year old Shephard mix was on a really poor diet before adoption and in just one month we've seen significant improvement in coat and mobility by feeding Canine Caviar and incorporating additional supplements (specifically Dasquin MSM and fish oils). Previous owners said she "doesn't eat much" but she certainly doesn't pick over her Canine Caviar.

        Service and delivery comments:

Shipping is always fast and fairly priced. I don't currently subscribe to autoship because we have an odd rotation of when we need to replinish so it's not the best option for our household right now but seems like a great option and is incentivized by the autoship discount.

I've never had to contact customer service so I can't speak for that experience.

Comments about Canine Caviar Holistic Chicken & Pearl Millet ALS Dinner Dry Dog Food:

Pet Food Direct regular deliveries are saving me time and money. I had to drive a minimum of 250 miles to get Canine Caviar but it is worth it! My older dogs are 10 and 11...getting white muzzles and peanuts but very active rottie mixes. I've tried other foods from time to time due to supply problems but notice differences immediately and go back.

Comments about Canine Caviar Holistic Chicken & Pearl Millet ALS Dinner Dry Dog Food:

This is an holistic food that is highly digestible which allows you to feed less. Our dogs are full of energy and have glossy coats. Our long haired dachshund who had chronic ear infections no longer
has them. I highly recommend it.
